There’s a reason these three words sit at the heart of this experience. True wellness and transformation doesn’t happen by changing one piece of ourselves. It happens when we begin to understand ourselves as a whole.
On November 29th, Morgan, Kimberley & Melanie are coming together at Wildflowers Farm to create a full-day immersive experience designed to take you deeper into yourself… your body, your mind, your emotions, your intuition, and your spirit.

Throughout the day, we’ll explore the body, mind & spirit through movement, nutrition and mindset, nervous system education and Neural Network Therapy, emotional exploration, spiritual and intuitive practices, guided meditation, Reiki, and a transformative fire ceremony. The real work happens in the space between all of those experiences. It happens in the deep reflection, the conversations, and the sisterhood. It’s in the moments where you can finally hear your own inner voice.
